Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the use of the FullGrip platform, an online athletic education service provided to professional athletes and trainers worldwide.

Article 2 (User Accounts)

  • Users must provide accurate information (Name, Email) to create an account.
  • One account per user; sharing account credentials to bypass course fees is strictly prohibited.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own passwords.

Article 3 (Intellectual Property)

  • All video content, including the "BREAKTHROUGH" series, is the exclusive property of FullGrip.
  • Unauthorized recording, distribution, or commercial use of the content is a violation of copyright law.

Article 4 (Support Center & Community)

Users may post inquiries in the Support Center. FullGrip reserves the right to remove posts containing offensive language or spam.

Article 1 (Information Collection)

FullGrip collects the following information to provide educational services:

  • Required: Name, Email address.
  • Optional: Profile photo, Bio, Phone number.
  • Payment: Credit card information (handled via secure encrypted payment gateways).

Article 2 (Use of Information)

Collected data is used for:

  • Course access and progress tracking.
  • Payment processing and receipt issuance.
  • Customer support and inquiry responses.

Article 3 (Global Data Transfer)

As a global platform, your data may be processed in various regions to ensure seamless video streaming and service delivery.

Article 4 (Data Retention)

Personal information is retained as long as the account is active. Users may request account deletion at any time via the "Edit Profile" section.

Refund Policy

Article 1 (Digital Content Characteristics)

FullGrip provides digital VOD (Video on Demand) content. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are restricted once the content has been accessed.

Article 2 (Refund Eligibility)

  • Full Refund: Possible within 7 days of purchase, provided that none of the lessons in the course have been viewed.
  • No Refund: Once a user starts watching any video (even for 1 second), a refund is no longer possible.

Article 3 (Refund Process)

  • To request a refund, users must submit a ticket through the Support Center.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) within 5-10 business days.

Article 4 (Technical Issues)

If a user cannot view the content due to a verified technical error on FullGrip's side, a full refund or course credit will be provided regardless of the viewing status.
